Job Highlights
Job Description:
- Responsible for daily production activities to ensure smooth operation, man power sufficient and achieved good quality output.
- Provide training for workers to meet the production goals and quality requirement.
- Investigate problem or identify potential problem, determine the root cause, provide corrective actions and prevention plans.
- Ensure workers compliance with health and safety regulations, safe work practice, and proper handling of equipment and machinery.
- Propose recommendation on standard operating procedures (SOPs) or equipment improvement to maximize production efficiency and minimize the production cost.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Chemical and Polymer, Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years hands-on working experience in plastic packaging industries.
- Demonstrate responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skill, leadership, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
